Our client has an urgent requirement for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a housing or commercial background with a main contractor/sub contractor..
The Role: As the successful candidate you would be expected to work along a Senior QS on a number of my client's sites which are located across the central belt of Scotland.
These projects range between 20 & 120 units and can be up to the value of £15m each.
Remuneration:
" Up to £25,000 per annum depending upon experience " BUPA " Car/car allowance " Pension

Requirements:
" Our client is seeking someone who comes from a commercial or a housing background " A BSc or formal qualification is preferable however not essential " Previous experience with a contractor/sub contractor would be a distinct advantage
