Job Description

Our client is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager with experience in M&E to support the Facilities Manger in the profitable, efficient and safe running of the North of England buildings in compliance with the contract.

You will successfully manage and challenge own resources through the Contract Supervisor to ensure delivery of service excellence, high standards of maintenance and statutory compliance across all planned and reactive mechanical, electrical, equipment and fabric maintenance within budget.
