Job Description
An excellent Assistant Building Control Surveyor job has become available for a leading established practice in the Chelmsford area. Our client has been operating for over 10 years and believes in the pursuit of excellence in the delivery of its services based on a commitment to the satisfaction of the client needs.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to apply a flexible, sensitive and professional approach to the building control process together with a familiarity of varying methods of construction, commercial project types, building and fire safety legislation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of working within a Building Control, Clerk of Works or Approved Inspector role. You will be confident and competent with the ability to use your own initiative and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
