Our Client who is a large scale design firm, seeking an Architect / Assistant Arch with on-site experience. To be considered for this high profile role you must have previous experience working on large scale projects. Local knowledge regarding regulations and procedures will be ideal but Arabic and English language fluency is imperative. You must have a good understanding of construction and have experience working at all stages over a number of projects. The role itself will be based in the fully established Jeddah, Saudi Arabia office and your time will be divided between the Jeddah office and on-site in Makkah. Onsite experience also considered as a key factor.
This Jeddah based role demands excellent management and presentation skills as you will be responsible for Client Facing and reporting regularly to the Chief Architect.
The successful candidate will be able to provide detailed design work including the preparation and submission of drawing packages therefore will be proficient in AutoCAD & Photoshop. This is a decision-making position where you will be expected to make a major impact in this region of the world for this international design firm.
