Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to cover a maternity leave for a minimum of six months, based in our Bristol Office. This is a challenging role as we have just let three new major contracts and are looking for someone to work in partnership with contractors to develop and provide excellent customer focused services. This is an exciting time for us and you will need to be able to lead and motivate a team, have proven asset management experience and demonstrate good budget management skills.
