A CAD Technician with sound technical knowledge of both house and flat construction, together with a flair for design is required for this position. Candidates should have a working knowledge of current Building Regulations, NHBC, Party Wall Awards and associated legislation connected with the construction industry. You must also have the ability to recognise problems and deal with them in a speedy and effective manner. Experience of the latest releases of AutoCAD is essential.
