Job Description
Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Assistant to assist their design staff with architectural work across all the RIBA work stages. You will be responsible for assessing client/user needs and assisting with the development of clients/user briefs. You will be involved with detailed design work including the preparation of planning drawings and assisting with submission of Planning/Listed Building Consent applications. The successful candidate will be expected to help others with tender action, contract documents and contract administration, including site inspections throughout the construction phase of projects under the supervision of qualified staff. You will assist with production of Design and Access Statements to accompany planning applications, and you will also be involved in producing 3D computer models/images. Working alongside some of the best people in the industry, your activities and responsibilities will be tremendously varied.
