Our client based in Cardiff is a small Architectural practice where all members of the practice collectively have many years of experience. Due to an increase in workload they urgently require an Architect who can hit the ground running with a flair for design. The successful candidate will be AutoCAD proficient and will be joining the exsisting design team on projects within the sectors of residential, master planning, commercial, interiors and retail. In return, the successful candidate will be working a company that are passionate about design and completely submerge themselves into every stage of the projects with clients, contractors and all other members of the team. 3D imagery is used extensively throughout this practice in order to obtain rapid decisions on design options and is finding that their clients are embracing the computer imagery and flythrough movies to explain intricate details and developments. There is an attractive hourly rate available for this on-going contract position.
