Job Description
A Part III Architect is required to join a successful and growing practice in the Potters Bar area. With a number of existing projects and upcoming projects in the pipeline, the company are looking for an individual who is comfortable in running a team and monitoring all aspects of a job while providing regular reports and updates to the relevant sources. The ideal candidate alongside being proficient in AutoCAD with an excellent knowledge of the current UK Building regulations should have the ability to manage both projects and teams at the building and construction stage along with coordinating the work in order to achieve targets and deadlines within a set budget. Any successful candidate will poses excellent communication skills allowing them to freely conduct meetings with team members, Directors, and Clients. Experience of work within the Educational sector will be beneficial.
