Job Description
Our Client based in Manila are seeking a Design Manager to join their already successful office of 20 staff of Architects, technicians and CAD Staff. You will be reporting to the Principal Architect.
This opportunity to work for a major player, offers fantastic scope and variety, expects only the best in return. You will need to have been involved a number of projects from conception to completion. It's ideal that you have local experience and local language skills as this will be seen as an advantage but is not essential at this English speaking firm.
The key requirements for the role are: -Day to Day management of the architectural team -Technical ability - fully proficient in AutoCAD as a minimum -Lead, manage and inspire an in-house team - Excellent Presentation skills as you will be client facing -Refine working practises where necessary -Must have minimum 3 years Gulf experience -Must have Architect Qualification and be registered with local Registered Board -Strong proficiency integrity and work ethic -Creative with a high degree of flexibility -Involvement in all stages of a number of projects
It's imperative you must have proven experience in the above as a minimum.
The role itself will be working on medium to large scale construction projects.
