Job Description
Our client also has a requirement for an Estates /Acquisition Surveyor. Working as part of the Surveying Team, this role will primarily cover Estate Management work for Telecom clients such as Orange and Vodafone. This will include rent review, lease renewal, incoming site share work and other site management work. New site acquisition work may also be available. This company is also intending to expand their range of services to include arbitration and expert witness work and would welcome expertise in these fields. If you have a minimum of 2 years rural or commercial surveying experience, are preferably qualified and familiar with lease renewal/rent renewal work, or alternatively have a minimum of 3 years telecoms experience, then we would very please to receive your application.
