Job Description
A crucial appointment has arisen for a Senior Architect to join one of the largest design firms in the word. This is a unique opportunity where you will be taking a lead role in a whole range of exciting projects across a number of sectors. You will be RIBA part III or ARB registered and have already gained experience in managing projects up to £10m. You will be capable of providing advice and thorough business knowledge of at least one the following market sectors; Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Retail, or Leisure. You will have good understanding of the Microsoft suite of products and be proficient in software packages such as AutoCAD, Microstation, and 3D packages. The successful candidate will be familiar with researching, preparing and presenting technical presentations and reports. They will also have an enthusiasm for promoting and delivering high quality design. The role will involve leading the execution of projects with defined design and cost parameters. You will work within a business management framework to assure consistency of quality and you will be expected to build and maintain client relationships. Not only will you be responsible for a team of in-house Architects, you will also be working with our client's Architects across the UK and abroad. This is a demanding role requiring good man management skills where you will have the potential to make significant career progression in an expanding international company
