Location: Work from either Castleford or Stockton offices, covering North East & Yorkshire bids.
Your Mission:
- Lead and manage strategically important project bids.
- Take ownership and ensure top-notch performance from specific Bid Teams.
- Craft and execute winning bid strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks while exploring alternative proposals.
- Contribute to planning, programming, and construction methodologies.
Your Qualifications:
- HNC/D or degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering.
- Professional accreditation (preferred).
- Experience in managing bid teams for contractors or consultancies.
- Proven track record in high-value, technically complex bids.
- In-depth understanding of construction procurement processes.
- Strong grasp of construction techniques and methodologies.
- Ability to create compelling technical and quality narratives.
